A 30s mid-terraced building in Maida Vale was completey gutted and refurbished together with the construction of a new basement to provide a five bedroom town house. The building was sited on a stepped water course which required extensive foundations and raised party walls. Ensuite bathrooms have been provided for each bedrooms, and the new rear extension was constructed in which the bespoke kitchen leads out into the rear landscaped garden. The staircase was reconstructed with oak balustrades and handrails in 30s style.
